Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of HR experience in positions of increasing accountability.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Highly proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and requirements for corporate functional groups.
• Implementation of policies, practices, and procedures for the well-being of the company and its team members.
• Administration of the company’s benefits plans, including presenting and interpreting benefits programs.
• Create and prepare HR reports such as headcount, AAP, Merit and AIP audits.
• Manage the offboarding process.
• Coordinate the company training program including needs analysis, material development and delivery.
• Plan and prepare succession planning with HR Managers for salaried staff.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Conduct wage and salary administration programs.
• Develop and maintain procedures for providing employee services to promote morale.
• Lead continual improvement projects within the department.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Provide support to Management as needed.
