Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior HR Enablement leader in the United States (Arizona) to define and evolve the HR operating model and strategic roadmap. You will establish governance, standards, and accountability to prioritize, deploy, and sustain HR initiatives across the organization.

You will lead transformation efforts, advise senior leaders on readiness and risk, and leverage metrics to drive continuous improvement in a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience accepted.
• 12 years of progressive HR experience in leadership roles.
• Experience shaping HR strategies, operating models, and governance in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to lead association-wide HR transformation and enablement initiatives.
• Ability to design scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve HR Enablement operating model, governance framework, and long-term strategic roadmap.
• Establish governance, standards, and accountability for prioritizing and sustaining HR initiatives.
• Drive alignment across HR functions to coordinate scalable initiatives and enable execution.
