Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished HR leader in the United States with a track record of shaping integrated talent strategies. The role focuses on acquisition, development, reskilling, and organizational readiness while partnering with CHRO and People & Culture leadership.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in L&D and TA within tech-enabled environments, plus exposure to agile, product-oriented HR and complex transformation programs. Location is Arizona with leadership-level impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of both L&D and Talent Acquisition.
• Proven track record leading HR teams in a complex, global, matrixed environment.
• Experience in a technology or technology-adjacent company strongly preferred.
• Meaningful exposure to agile methodologies, product-oriented HR, or organizational design in the context of transformation.
• Experience of M&A, due diligence and integration planning and execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion leadership capability as a core talent priority.
• Develop a next gen talent development strategy.
• Architect and own the integrated Talent strategy spanning acquisition, development, reskilling, and readiness.
• Serve as a strategic partner and thought leader to the CHRO and the People & Culture leadership team.
• Build strong partnerships across the P&C leadership team.
• Lead and develop a Head of Talent Acquisition and the full TA and L&D teams.
• Design and launch always on learning programs across all people demographics.
• Build and scale a reskilling architecture.
• Own manager development programming with intentionality.
• Evolve and sustain Gen's AI literacy program.
