Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks an HR Enablement Leader to drive readiness and adoption of major HR initiatives. You will translate workforce priorities into scalable implementations, establish standard deployment frameworks, and lead cross-functional collaboration across COEs and HRBPs.

The role emphasizes change management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement through adoption metrics and practitioner enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related education/experience is required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience is expected.
• Experience as HRBP, organizational effectiveness consultant, or HR transformation leader.
• Ability to translate HR strategies into scalable, practitioner-focused solutions.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder HR programs and change initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence across matrixed environments without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and execution support for HR enablement, readiness, change management, and adoption initiatives.
• Translate association people strategies and HR programs into scalable implementation approaches.
• Establish standards and deployment frameworks for consistent HR execution.
• Lead readiness, communication, training, and adoption strategies for major HR initiatives.
• Develop implementation toolkits, learning resources, and scalable enablement solutions.
• Ensure HR practitioners have knowledge and resources to execute initiatives.
• Integrate COE, HRBP, and practitioner perspectives to align solutions with business outcomes.
• Identify adoption barriers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use metrics and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration across HR teams to improve delivery consistency.
• Ensure risks are identified, measured, and controlled per policies.
