Qualifikationen

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in public personnel administration and HR management.
• Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR required.

Aufgaben

• Directs Human Resources Division, ensuring policies comply with Board policy and state/federal laws.
• Provides admin support and consultation to the Board, ED, and program directors on HR matters.
• Oversees recruitment and selection: screening, testing, interviewing, references, background checks and onboarding.
• Supervises HR operations: training, staff orientation, records auditing per QA guidelines.
• Maintains personnel policies manual and HR information system.
• Acts as benefits administrator; counsels employees on policies and benefits; retirement planning.
• Supervises staff schedules and HR-related training for supervisors and staff.
• Ensures personnel records and payroll data meet regulatory QA standards.
