Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business with HR concentration or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, recruiting, and compliance.
• Payroll processing experience; Paycom experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to establish a college-wide HR culture of honesty and collaboration.
• Develop recruiting and retention strategies within budget.
• Oversee onboarding, compensation programs, salary administration.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, training, and student employment program.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop PIP; succession planning.
• Ensure HR policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
