Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Director HR Advisory to provide strategic leadership for the HR Advisor function across the Americas from Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule.

This role translates enterprise HR strategy into scalable advisor practices, drives policy development, and fosters a positive work environment through employee engagement and AI-enabled HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR Business partnering or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Director HR Advisory

The Director, HR Advisor Americas provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for the HR Advisor function, ensuring consistent delivery of expert HR guidance, manager enablement, and scalable people leadership capability. This role is accountable for driving manager self sufficiency, HR process simplification, and adoption of AI enabled and digital HR solutions, while maintaining strong compliance and governance across HR practices.

You will report directly to our Sr Director HR Advisory and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will translate enterprise HR strategy into scalable advisor practices and manager experiences. You will impact the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success of the organization.
