Job summary

You will report to the Sr. HR Director, East Region, and shape workforce outcomes through data-driven decisions in a dynamic, inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience in a business partner or corporate-level role.
- HR generalist/business partner experience.
- Proven track record leading HR initiatives in a global matrixed org.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR leader and advisor to senior leaders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Establish scalable HR programs and service delivery models.
- Develop an integrated talent strategy across acquisition, succession, leadership development, and retention.
- Coach leaders and build succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Leverage people analytics to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
- Align talent, culture, engagement, and workforce planning across the function.
