Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related field.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, Employment Law, or Juris Doctor (JD) (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provider & Employee Relations Strategy & Culture Leadership: develop enterprise-wide provider and employee relations strategies.
• Provider Recruitment & Workforce Planning: oversee recruitment strategies and workforce plans.
• Compensation Program Management: design and administer physician/provider compensation programs.
• Employee & Provider Relations Consultation and Investigations: resolve complex issues and conduct investigations.
• HR Compliance, Policies, Leave Administration & Workforce Services: oversee compliance and policies.
