Job summary

Feld Entertainment seeks an experienced HR leader to direct Talent Acquisition, Policy Development, and Regulatory Compliance for Feld Entertainment Studios and all affiliated operations.

You will partner with management to drive employee relations, training, performance management, and ensure legal compliance while supporting mgmt through conflict resolution. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of management experience.
• Working knowledge of compensation, employee relations, and employment law.
• Experience with union relations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct HR functions across Talent Acquisition, Policy Development and Compliance.
• Collaborate with management to align HR goals and initiatives.
• Provide conflict resolution and risk mitigation for employee relations issues.
• Oversee HR systems, reporting, and stakeholder communication to support business needs.
• Travel up to 30% including nights and weekends.
