Job summary

Omnia Healthcare Group seeks a Director of Human Resources to strengthen consistency, compliance, and service across a growing healthcare organization. You will translate HR requirements into clear processes for corporate and field teams, partnering across Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Legal.

You will lead HR operations, policy administration, and audits, while guiding complex projects including HCM system initiatives such as Workday or UKG.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with responsibility for operations, compliance, and program implementation.
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing an HCM system such as Workday or UKG.
• Experience translating HR and operational needs into system requirements, workflows, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate HR operations programs, including policy administration, employee records, audits, and compliance.
• Develop and improve HR procedures for clear responsibilities and handoffs across the Home Office and facilities.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects from planning through implementation with timelines and owners.
• Support HR program rollout and field guidance, training, and follow-up.
• Advise HR teams on policies, procedures, and escalated questions.
• Lead and develop HR team members and build capacity to support growth.
