Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking an HR Director for Processing Admin to lead talent strategy, succession planning, and HR operations. You will partner with executive leadership to align people initiatives with financial and operational goals across the processing division.

The role requires extensive HR management experience in multi-state environments and deep expertise in workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Travel up to 20% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years HR management experience in multi‑state environments.
• Experience managing HR functions with business partnerships.
• Experience assessing leadership talent and building succession plans.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Processing HR for leadership, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Partner with Processing leadership to review priorities, costs, risks, and actions.
• Coach HR representatives to build capability and alignment.
• Align HR with sales, supply chain, and operations to remove silos.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs and regulatory adherence.
