Pacific Seafood in Clackamas, OR, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the Processing Admin HR function. This role serves as the right arm of the VP of Processing and Resource Sales, overseeing recruiting, employee relations, talent development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, and compliance across the organization.

The Director will partner with the processing leadership team to align people strategy with business goals, manage risk, drive change, and develop leaders

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 10+ years HR management experience with business partnership roles.
• Experience managing HR in multi-state, multi-location environments.
• Ability to build succession plans and leadership development programs.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR for Processing and advise VP on people and organizational decisions.
• Partner with leadership to review priorities, costs, risks, and actions.
• Coach HR staff to build capability and performance.
• Drive talent development, succession, and retention across locations.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in HR practices.
• Translate decisions into actions with owners and due dates.
