Qualifications

• Strong leadership and HR strategy experience.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, compliance, and training.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR across multiple locations and align HR strategy with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Develop budgets, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
• Administer HRIS, report on HR metrics, and enhance processes.
