Pacific Seafood is seeking an HR Director to serve as the right arm of the VP of Processing and lead the Processing HR team. You will oversee recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance across the organization and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, manage organizational change, and develop leaders with practical development plans and measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years of HR management experience in a multi-state, multi-location environment.
• Experience assessing leadership talent and succession planning.
• Ability to analyze income statements and balance sheets to drive business decisions.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Serve as the senior HR leader for Processing and the right arm of the VP of Processing and Resource Sales on people, leadership, and organizational decisions.
• Partner with the Processing Leadership Team to review priorities, financial results, and risks, then recommend actions.
• Coach and mentor HR representatives to build capability and growth.
• Lead HR strategy to align with sales, supply chain, and operations.
• Develop and maintain succession plans for Processing leadership roles.
