Job summary

Meketa Investment Group is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with firm leadership and guide people strategy across a multi-location, professional services environment.

You will lead HR, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, learning and development, and culture initiatives, reporting to the Co-CEOs, with a focus on inclusive leadership and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience overseeing multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, benefits, and development.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, investment management, or similarly complex environments preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable senior-level HR certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HR function, aligned with the firm’s strategic goals and values.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support effectiveness and experience.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the HR team, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, compliance, and development initiatives.
