Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions, parent to Praxis Health and Interpath Laboratory, seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead our people function for about 1,100 employees across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Nebraska, based at our Pendleton, Oregon headquarters. This on-site role demands strategic HR leadership rather than outsourcing.

You will own the HR function, build a team, tackle multi-state compliance, compensation strategy, and employee relations; report to the C-Suite and deploy modern

Qualifikationen

• You have run an HR department with ownership and leadership.
• You have multi-state healthcare experience and understand compliance.
• You can drive compensation strategy and employee relations to resolution.

Aufgaben

• Full ownership of the HR function across Adaugeo, Praxis Health and Interpath.
• Build and lead the HR team including Talent Acquisition and HR Partner roles.
• Tackle FLSA, ADA, multi-state compliance, compensation strategy and ER issues.
• Provide a direct line to C-Suite; influence organizational decisions.
• Implement modern HR tools and analytics for the function.
