Job summary

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our people function for roughly 1,100 employees across four states, based at our Pendleton, Oregon headquarters. This on-site role owns the HR function, leads the HR team, tackles multi-state compliance, and partners with the C-suite to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience across multiple states and healthcare settings.
• Ability to design and implement compensation strategy.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pendleton, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR function across Adaugeo, Praxis Health, and Interpath Laboratory.
• Lead the HR team including Talent Acquisition Director and an HR Specialist/Business Partner.
• Address multi-state compliance (FLSA, ADA) and compensation strategy.
• Provide direct strategic input to C-Suite and shape people decisions.
• Leverage modern HR tools like UKG, Greenhouse, MS 365, Claude Enterprise.
