Job summary

Lactalis Heritage Dairy in Chicago, IL seeks an Associate HR Director, Operations to lead HR strategy across Industrial, Supply Chain and Quality. You will coach executives, guide employee relations, and align HR initiatives with business goals to create one unified Operations unit.

Reporting to the HR Director, Operations, you will manage talent development, engagement, and workforce planning across multiple plants, while collaborating with Corporate HR, Legal, Compliance, and Safety to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience; multi-site and international CP G experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Industrial HR experience.
• Experience in Food Industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and investigations.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to monitor labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with HR, plant and DC leadership.
• Guide plant HR on onboarding, recognition, performance, investigations.
• Plan programs addressing attraction, turnover, engagement; support implementation.
• Oversee salary structures and compensation by position.
• Leverage Shared Services for benefits, payroll, HRIS; promote Total Rewards.
• Support Talent Acquisition and Talent Development at field locations.
• Facilitate training plans with manufacturing leadership.
• Lead Management Review process and employee communications.
