Lactalis USA in Buffalo, NY is hiring a Manager, HRIS & US HR Operations to lead HR technology operations, site support, and governance across Lactalis USA. You will oversee HR systems, reporting, compliance, and service delivery to local HR teams.

This role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to drive system implementations, training, change management, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s in HR/Business and 7+ years in HRIS/HR operations plus supervisory experience are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years in HRIS or HR operations.
Experience in supervisory roles.
Proficient in HRIS systems and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead HRIS and US HR Operations to ensure compliant delivery of HR technology and services.
Manage service delivery standards, inquiries, training resources, and SOPs.
Oversee workforce compliance reporting including EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, and CA pay data.
Lead HR analytics and workforce reporting for insights.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and vendors on system implementations and change management.
Provide onboarding and training for new HR team members; drive adoption and efficiency.
Supervise Core Services Intern and HR Operations staff; performance evaluations.
