Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Director of HR to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites in a hybrid, executive-facing role. You will shape talent strategy, coach leaders, and drive organizational growth in a non-automotive, non-union environment.

You will oversee leave programs, policy governance, and employee relations while partnering with finance for payroll alignment and compliance. Local to Tiffin, OH area preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; an Associate’s degree is required.
• At least five years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Experience overseeing a team of HR professionals.
• Experience leading strategic HR initiatives and company programs.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation and employee relations investigations.
• Experience overseeing benefits administration and payroll basics.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR vision and operational leadership across multiple sites.
• Align HR initiatives with enterprise goals and drive workforce optimization.
• Coach executives and develop leadership capabilities across the organization.
• Manage leave programs (FMLA, ADA, Disability, USERRA) in partnership with finance/payroll.
• Develop and enforce scalable HR policies and SOPs to mitigate risk.
• Lead employee relations efforts and conduct investigations as needed.
• Design performance management, engagement, and succession plans.
• Monitor labor law changes and oversee compliance and risk management.
