Responsibilities

• Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership on structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Lead compensation and benefits strategy, including market competitiveness.
• Build leadership and succession development initiatives.
• Establish a strong employee relations framework and culture.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements; lead talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives.
• Drive clarity, accountability, and alignment across the organization.
