Responsibilities

• Shape strategy with data-driven recommendations on planning, administration, and budget.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and advise on improvements.
• Oversee benefits, training, and compensation programs.
• Ensure legal compliance with employment laws across the organization.
• Lead HR team to support Bedrosians Organization.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
• Investigate employee relations issues with thorough, objective procedures.
