Seeking an experienced HR Manager for a company in Fresno. You will work closely with the HR Director and team to help develop, implement, and execute HR initiatives. You will be required to have a strong understanding of all core HR functions and the ability to oversee and manage processes. Some duties include executing personnel policies/procedures, process improvement, support leave management, talent acquisition, recruitment, training/development initiatives, employee relations, confidentiality, short-term projects and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other HRIS systems
