College Health is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to lead the HR strategy across a multi-facility health system. You will drive succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

The role provides strategic leadership globally, aligning HR programs with the business plan and reporting to the executive management team and board of directors.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years HR experience, with at least five years in executive HR roles.
• SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Must have hospital/health system multi-facility experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop HR plans and strategies to support business operations objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior management on organizational and management issues.
• Develop recruiting, retention, and succession planning strategies.
• Design and implement compensation and benefits plans that are cost-effective and competitive.
