Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, benefits, and policy administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and management teams to align HR strategies with business goals, growth plans, staffing needs, and organizational priorities.
• Lead and develop the HR department, improving processes, team effectiveness, and operations.
• Ensure HR policies, programs, benefits, and employment practices comply with laws.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, retention, and succession.
• Manage benefits, compensation, leave, workers' comp, wellness, and vendor relationships.
• Support leadership development, engagement, culture, and communication across a multi-site workforce.
• Stay current on HR trends, employment laws, HR tech, and best practices; support growth initiatives.
