Department of Community Health in Georgia seeks a Human Resources Director to oversee OHR and OFSS, guiding talent management, compensation, benefits, analytics and compliance. Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, education, the social or psychological sciences or a related field.
• At least five years of professional-level experience as an HR Manager or HR Director level in a large organization.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic oversight of Offices of Human Resources and Facilities and Support Services.
• Lead talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, learning and development.
• Develop policies, workforce planning, and reporting; partner with Executive Leadership.
