Job summary

Delavan Holdings seeks an experienced HR leader to serve as the strategic partner to COOs across four business units, owning employee relations and HR programs. You will build and lead a small HR Generalist team, align practices with Shared Services, and drive culture in a values-driven, growth-focused environment.

You will travel regularly to 60 locations to stay connected with the people and the business, support acquisitions, and ensure consistent HR execution across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or HR Director across multiple units.
• Ability to influence executives and drive strategy.
• Comfort leading investigations and employee relations initiatives.
• Strong data interpretation and linkage to business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel regularly across locations.
