Job summary

Delavan Holdings seeks an HR leader to be the hands-on strategic partner for four business units, with a direct line to the COOs and full ownership of employee relations across 2,400+ teammates in 60 locations. Qualifications

• Multi-unit HR experience as HRBP or HR Director.
• Employee relations depth with investigations and resolutions.
• Executive presence with leaders at all levels.
• Ability to interpret HR metrics and link to business outcomes.
• Hands-on leadership with day-to-day business involvement.
• Willingness to travel regularly across locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to the COOs of four business units.
• Build and lead an HR Generalist team (2 members).
• Coordinate HR practices across Delavan Holdings and its units.
• Drive culture forward in a values-driven, faith-informed organization.
• Support acquisitions and integration of new locations and teams.
• Travel regularly to locations across the enterprise.
• Own employee relations strategy and end-to-end execution.
• Lead enterprise HR programs for performance, succession and engagement.
• Turn engagement survey results into actionable plans.
