Newbold Services in Summerville, SC is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Director to lead people strategy across three manufacturing plants. This executive role partners with the EVP and senior operations leaders to drive growth, culture, and operational excellence.

You will shape workforce planning, talent development, engagement initiatives, and HR systems for 1,500 employees, including launching a new facility.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 5 years of HR leadership in multi-site manufacturing or industrial operations with 1,000+ employees.
• Experience leading HR initiatives with plant leadership and strong employee relations skills.
• Experience with HR policies, HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
• Knowledge of federal and South Carolina employment laws.
