Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• 3–5 years in senior HR leadership.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR or comparable certification preferred.
• Experience supporting mergers and multi-state workforces.

Responsabilidades

• Align HR strategies with business objectives and growth.
• Lead HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Support mergers and acquisitions with due diligence and integration.
• Develop HR policies and programs to scale with growth.
• Provide advisory guidance to leaders and staff.
• Manage external HR vendors and service providers.
