Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks an HR Director for the Electrical Engineering Services and Systems division. The role can be based at Moon Township PA, Beachwood OH, Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC or Hanover MD, with relocation assistance to the Pittsburgh location.

You will drive strategic HR leadership across a high-growth engineering and services portfolio, aligning talent and organizational strategies to fuel profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations with geographically dispersed employees.
• Experience leading HR strategy for a business unit, division or multi-site P&L.
• Knowledge of applicable U.S. employment laws.
• Immigration sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP/GM, VP HR, and leadership to align talent strategies with division priorities.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture with emphasis on safety and ethics.
• Own talent processes including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and career development.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
• Leverage HR programs and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
