Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking an HR Director for the Electrical Engineering Services and Systems (EESS) division. This senior role can be based in Moon Township PA, Beachwood OH, Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC or Hanover MD, with relocation to Pittsburgh possible within the U.S.

The HR Director will provide strategic HR leadership for a high-growth business delivering power management, engineering, field services, and digital solutions across critical industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations with dispersed employees.
• Experience leading HR strategy for a business unit / multi-site P&L.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this role.

Responsibilities

• Organizational effectiveness: align talent strategy with division priorities and drive engagement and execution.
• Talent champion: lead talent strategy, succession planning, development, and retention.
• Functional capabilities: develop HR team, deploy Eaton programs, and provide data-driven insights.
• Partner with COEs and HR Services to ensure consistent employee experience.
• Support leadership, culture, safety, ethics, and compliance across the division.
