Eaton seeks a Human Resources Director for its Residential and Wiring Devices (RWD) business, based in Pittsburgh, PA, with ~25% travel. You will sit on the RWD leadership team, translating strategy into people, organization, and culture initiatives for ~5,200 employees across multiple sites and countries.

You will guide workforce planning, leadership development, and talent deployment, partnering with business leaders to drive growth, productivity, and organizational health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR cert preferred.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, with senior partner roles.
• Experience leading HR for a multi-site, multi-country business unit.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this position.
