Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations with geographically dispersed employees.
• Previous experience leading and owning the HR strategy for a business unit, division or multi site P&L.
• Knowledge of applicable U.S. employment laws.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
