Eaton Corporation is seeking an HR Director for the Electrical Engineering Services and Systems division. The role can be based at Moon Township PA, Beachwood OH, Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC or Hanover MD and includes relocation assistance within the U.S.

This position leads strategy for talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to drive growth and competitive advantage. You will partner with senior leaders to design, develop, and sustain an inclusive, high-performing culture,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations with geographically dispersed employees.
• Experience leading and owning HR strategy for a business unit, division or multi-site P&L.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align talent and organizational strategies with division priorities.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture and safety/ethics standards.
• Drive talent processes including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
