NBCUniversal is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead strategic and operational HR for the Corporate Finance organization, partnering with Finance HR to deliver solutions across Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and Procurement.

The role focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, compensation strategy, succession planning, training, rewards, and employee communications while building strong leadership relationships and driving change in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years professional HR experience.
• Hybrid work experience in a large corporate setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational HR leadership for the Corporate Finance organization and broader finance function.
• Partner with Finance HR to deliver day-to-day client support and strategic HR solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders on talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive staffing, compensation, training and recognition initiatives across the Finance function.
• Manage employee relations issues including investigations and org structures.
• Foster a positive work environment and act as an employee advocate.
• Develop and promote pipeline and talent development programs for finance talent.
• Ensure consistent HR practices across the Finance organization and function.
