Job summary

NBCUniversal's Telemundo Station Group is seeking an innovative HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to employees and leaders across the organization. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, Finance, HR Operations, Employment Law, and corporate HR to deliver solutions with confidentiality.

Responsibilities include HR client partnership, talent management, data management, and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, talent processes, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• HR Client Partnership: serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership, providing support across employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR initiatives.
• Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness: facilitate annual talent processes, succession planning, and compensation planning.
• HR Operations & Data Management: manage employee lifecycle transactions, HR systems (SAP, SmartRecruiters, Click Boarding), and reporting.
• Projects, Training & Programs: collaborate to develop training and development programs and support change management.
• Client Service & Cross-Functional Partnership: liaise with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, and Legal.
