Job summary

FOX Entertainment is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our HR team in a high-impact, hands-on leadership role. Reporting to the EVP, HR, this role blends strategic perspective with practical execution to support the business across multiple HR domains.

The Director will partner with Centers of Excellence, lead workforce planning, and drive initiatives in talent, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, while maintaining strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in entertainment.
• Broad HR expertise across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong business acumen to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Excellent judgment handling sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for executive and employee audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Identify opportunities and scalable HR solutions by understanding the business.
• Collaborate on organizational design and change initiatives.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and performance reviews.
• Drive employee experience and engagement to boost performance and collaboration.
• Provide counsel on employee relations with Employment Legal as needed.
