Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least eight years of HR experience with labor relations and benefits.
• Experience interpreting labor contracts and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR department with focus on equity and inclusion.
• Administer compensation, benefits, performance systems, and safety programs.
• Negotiate labor contracts and interpret bargaining agreements.
• Coordinate with Labor Management to resolve union-related issues.
• Develop pay equity initiatives and employee recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with CBAs and legal requirements.
