Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a visionary HR leader for its Lutheran Hospital to drive employee relations, strategic HR initiatives, and risk-aware decision-making. This role focuses on caregiver engagement, with an expanded focus on Behavioral Health and strong union experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• 8 years of progressive HR experience including 3 years of management.
• In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws (EEO, FLSA, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, NLRA).
• Union experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the work of HR Services employees.
• Establish Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities, drive process improvement and change.
• Interpret HR metrics to identify trends and influence change.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Participate in leadership councils and committees as appropriate.
