Duininck Golf seeks a Director of Human Resources to shape our people strategy and strengthen culture across construction sites and offices. This senior role partners with leadership to enable sustainable growth while ensuring engaged employees and compliant practices.

Based in Delano, MN with travel to job sites across the U.S., the position emphasizes talent development, onboarding, safety, and robust HR programs that align with company goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with at least 8 years of HR/management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and mentoring across diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals, growth and culture across sites and offices.
• Forecast workforce needs using data and insights and align people strategies accordingly.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, accountability and team development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain HR records, and support safety initiatives.
