Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a senior analytics professional to develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, scorecards, reports, and KPIs. Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities include creating data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate; auditing HR data; producing executive briefings and reports; and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and automate manual

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 12 years of project, program management, or related professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years conducting analytical and support activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting federal government clients.
