Job summary

Abbott in Sylmar, CA seeks an HR Coordinator to support the division’s HR team and function. This onsite role reports to the Divisional VP of HR and collaborates across the team to design and maintain division-specific processes and programs.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of administrative experience or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong confidentiality and discretion in handling information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Visio/OrgPlus, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact and provide guidance to employees.
• Manage onboarding, data changes, transfers, and offboarding while ensuring data integrity.
• Generate and analyze HR data to support leaders and planning initiatives.
• Provide high-level admin support to HR leadership and coordinate communications.
