Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years administrative experience with strong data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with discretion.
• Advanced MS Office, Acrobat, Visio/OrgPlus, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR primary contact and support onboarding and data changes.
• Generate, analyze, and validate HR data and reports for leadership.
• Provide high-level administrative support to HR leadership and calendars.
• Coordinate HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage site onboarding, new hire orientation, and data transfers.
