Qualifications

• Five to seven years related HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional resource for employees, ensuring understanding of HR policies and regulations.
• Ensure Woodloch is compliant with employment laws and implement changes as needed.
• Manage unemployment claims and represent at hearings.
• Perform special projects such as policy implementations and staff training.
• Oversee the rollout of performance management processes and coach on goals and reviews.
• Identify training solutions for all departments within Woodloch.
• Conduct new manager orientation for promoted staff.
• Lead investigations and guide managers on disciplinary actions.
• Support managers with ongoing performance feedback to staff.
• Visit departments regularly to strengthen employee relations.
• Process and adhere to FMLA & ADA guidelines and leave management.
• Generate reports to determine FMLA/ADA eligibility.
• Manage all leaves of absence under FMLA/ADA.
• Communicate with employees, managers, and Benefits Manager.
• Other duties may be assigned by HR Director.
