  • Maks photocopies, faxes documents, and input information into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Must have proven experience and excellence in office & computer skills.
  • Act as a backup when the Recruiting Manager is out of the office.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned
  • HR experience is a plus.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Provides administrative support to the Recruiting Coordinator and HR team.

  • Screen all new applicants; conduct phone screens & reference checks.
  • Conducting weekly check-ins with managers regarding applicants’ status.
  • Attend job fairs and other recruiting events.
  • Assist with new-hire orientation and create orientation folders.
  • Directs employee questions to the appropriate person.
  • Conduct entrance interviews for new staff.
  • Makes photocopies, faxes documents, and performs other clerical functions. Filing documents into appropriate files, including inputting information into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Must have proven experience and excellence in office & computer skills, customer service, and phone skills.
  • Act as a backup when the Recruiting Manager is out of the office.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned
