Woods Services is seeking an on-site HR Employee Relations professional to support employee relations across affiliates in New Jersey. You will conduct investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide guidance on policy implementation and unemployment processes.
You will collaborate with management, HRBPs, and WSOC leadership to foster positive relationships, while delivering training and support to reduce incidents and improve workplace culture.

Salary: Starting at $65000 -$75000 / annually - depending on experience / education
Job Summary
Communicates regularly with employees and management at assigned affiliate(s); develops systems to foster positive Employee Relations. Provides recommendations and systems to ensure compliance pertaining to Federal, State and local employment regulation. Assists in all aspects of the Employee Relations function.
