Unifi, the nation’s largest aviation services provider, seeks a Sr. HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison across leadership, employees, and HR services, shaping and delivering human resources initiatives across business lines.

You will lead engagement efforts, advise on performance management, and oversee talent development while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and company policies. This role partners with leadership to sustain a high-performance culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of HR Generalist/Manager experience.
• Experience with unions (grievance management, contract interpretation) required.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (Wage and Hour, Title VII, OFCCP, EEO/AAP, FMLA, ADA, Workers’ compensation, I-9, E-Verify).
• Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel, and HRIS.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to align HR strategies with business needs and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Guides leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Partners with leadership to staff, onboard, and retain talent.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Leads region-wide employee engagement initiatives.
• Manages union relationships and supports contract negotiations as needed.
• Supports Training Department in leadership development initiatives.
