Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an HR Manager to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams across our US locations. You will design, implement, and monitor HR programs that support employee relations, performance, development, and retention.

The role requires building strong internal partnerships, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while aligning HR initiatives with business goals and Unifi’s culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (Wage/Hour, Title VII, OFCCP, EEO/AAP, FMLA, ADA, Workers’ comp, I-9, E-Verify, DGS).
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and HRIS systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand the business/industry to develop and sustain HR strategies.
• Ability to act as a change agent to evolve HR initiatives and systems.

Responsabilités

• Provides guidance to Unifi leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching, development, and succession planning.
• Builds partnerships between HR and the business to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintains confidentiality and data integrity across HR functions.
• Designs and executes staffing, onboarding, talent development, and retention strategies with leadership.
• Ensures compliance with Federal/State laws and company policies; reduces legal risks.
